Burlington International Airport (BTV) announced record June traffic, thanks to AirTran’s launch of BWI-BTV non-stops and enhanced service of several other carriers. Year-to-year, business was up 12.69% in June and 5.44% for the January-June period. BTV’s 65,845 passengers in June included a high percentage of meeting, conference, reunion, wedding and special event participants.
